Artisan Sourdough Bread $6/ loaf

Made from our wild yeast sourdough starter, this bread is the real deal. We use only three ingredients in our bread, just like ancient methods: flour, salt and water. Many who are sensitive to gluten are able to tolerate sourdough due to the fermentation process that breaks down the gluten while also lowering the glycemic index of the bread. This lovely, rustic loaf has a crusty exterior and a light and chewy interior that smells slightly sour, yeasty, and oh so heavenly!
